Exxon Mobil have began lobbying for a policy of closer ties with Turkey and of distancing from the KRG. Please read my theory and links here:

And secondly, who is Scott Sullivan? He is writing furiously almost daily for greater US ties to Turkey and supports an invasion of Kurdistan before Kirkuki referendum.</description>
