KRG receives payment under interim oil deal

The Kurdistan Regional Government (KRG) has received most of an oil payment promised by Baghdad, the latest sign of progress for a temporary oil deal that may improve the prospects for negotiations over Iraq’s 2015 federal budget and oil disputes.
