The Iraqi Ministry of Interior denied some media reports that it facilitated the entrance of gunmen who support the Syrian Regime to the Syrian territories.

"Some media outlets reported statements issued by the Commander of the Free Syrian Army who stressed that the Iraqi Borders Guards Forces facilitated the entrance for gunmen, who support the regime of the Syrian President, Bashaar al-Asaad, through the Rabeaa Iraqi border inlet," the Interior Ministry said in a statement to the (All Iraq News) news agency.
