ERBIL - Kurdistan’s largest gas investor claims to have won another ruling in its three-year-old arbitration case against the government, potentially paving the way for another large award.

In a Feb. 13 ruling, the London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA) stated that “in breach of its obligations” the Kurdistan Regional Government (KRG) thwarted the UAE’s Dana Gas and joint operator Crescent Petroleum from proposing a field development plan for the Khor Mor and Chemchemal fields, according to a statement Dana released to the Abu Dhabi securities exchange Tuesday.
