Garraf locals raise oil concernsNASSIRIYA – The police chief of Dhi Qar province held a meeting with oil company and tribal leaders after increasing complaints that locals are being passed over for jobs.This comes weeks after the local headquarters for the Ta'az security company, which protects the drilling firm Weatherford in its Garraf field project, was shot at by unnamed gunmen.
