Shootout at West Qurna 2BASRA — Local tribesmen exchanged gunfire with Iraqi Oil Police protecting the super-giant West Qurna 2 oil field, a conflict apparently stoked by high unemployment.The field is being developed by Russia’s Lukoil under a service contract signed in 2010. According to Lt.
