Iraq to import Iranian gasBAGHDAD — Iraq’s Electricity Ministry has signed a memorandum of understanding with the Iranian Oil Ministry to import natural gas.Under the prospective agreement, Iran will send 25 million cubic feet per day of gas to power stations in Diyala province via pipeline.The Electricity Ministry filed the memorandum of understanding with the Cabinet.
