BASRA - The hard part isn't over for the foreign companies who have won oil and gas contracts with Iraq, decades after being all but kicked out.
The deals are signed and oil production goals are set, and now that the more than dozen international oil companies are coming back, the next step is getting massive amounts of equipment into the country to the project sites.
