BASRA - Iraq's oil exports from the Basra Gulf have decreased this week because buyers have rejected crude, complaining of drops in quality.

While weather has been rough this month, which hampers loading tankers at sea, the loadings have been further reduced to the extent that only one of three Single Point Mooring (SPM) buoys is being used, according to a port official and an official involved in loading tankers.
