You must think this is not only an issue of two sides, but all stake holders of IOCs in KRG regeon. Minister Hawrami showed great performance until today, and no one want to see anymore dispute belong to this kind of mishap again. If this problem makes more issue within your sides, may central government can put this case for next negotiation table with KRG. I think both DNO and KRG should solve this problem immediatly.
