Mr. Hawrami,
now is the time for You to demonstrate that you are a man of honour and that you keep your promises to your friends who have spend significant time and resources in Tawke and Taq Taq projects. These companies have delivered as per agreement, now it is your turn to deliver on your guarantee that the companies will be paid - which you came up with in June this year, after the exports started.

Regards,
Muhammed

Companies invest without getting anything back. How can they continue to develop fields when there is absolutely no guarantee for getting paid, and without income how can they continue to develop new fields?

To Dr. Hawrami.

If your Government in the KRG are going to retain the goodwill you have successfully managed to create during the last 4-5 years, you need to start paying the companies (DNO, Addax, Genel) immediately.

People in the international oil industry are watching this extremely carefully and are starting to lose confidence in your system. We saw the latest evidence of this yesterday when the boss of Talisman Energy said in very clear words that their work program and upcoming investments are dependent on this, and he did not seem to have very high confidence in it being solved in the near future, as you have repeatedly said it will be.

The time to step up and be responsible and show that the KRG is going to be a reliable counterpart in oil contracts is now, Dr. Hawrami.

Regards,
Mr. Orlov.
