Garraf deal on way to Council of Ministers
Iraqi Oil Ministry, Petronas and Japex initial oil deal for Garraf, sent to Council of Ministers for approval.BAGHDAD - The second of Iraq's recent auction awards has been initialed by company representatives and the Garraf contract now awaits Council of Ministers approval.
Petronas and Japex officials along with ministry officials attended the initialing ceremony at the Oil Ministry headquarters Monday.
