Ministry plans symposium to overcome hurdles

Oil Ministry looks to face challenges of reaching 12.5 million bpd by bringing together its staff, other ministries, and officials from international oil companies.

In an upcoming symposium for foreign companies, Iraq will look to overcome obstacles to oil sector development and streamline the activities of the international oil companies pouring tens of billions of dollars into the country over the coming two decades.
