There are too many questions unanswered for the Iraqi Parliament’s Oil & Gas Committee, which Wednesday called on the Kurdistan Regional Government to detail its $27.9 million purchase of stock in Norwegian oil firm DNO, and then selling it to another investor in the northern Iraq oil sector, Turkey’s Genel Enerji.
