Oil Ministry expert: no KRG payments

Companies contracted to pump oil in the KRG should not expect Baghdad to pick up the tab, a top expert for Iraq’s oil minister said Friday.

“Do you pay anybody if you do not have a contract with him?” Asri Mousa responded to reporters questions on the KRG-Baghdad dispute at the sidelines of an energy conference here.
