IOM was the only ministry that USA protected during the invasion (liberation for some). In a span of just over 3 years Shah Rastani, the failed Iraqi oil minister, managed to destroy the Iraqi oil industry. Fact speaks for itself, oil production has continue to decline after 8 billion dollars of money spent by IOM.

The plan is to force Iraqis into accepting substandard deals with foreign outfits as a last resource to save the Oil industry hence the Shah Rastani upcoming deals.

Why does Iraqi gov. protect a minster that have destroyed the wealth of Iraq? The gross mismanagement of Iraqi wealth is a cause for treason.
