If the MPs are serious about providing a better future for their voters then they should move forward with these contracts and instill some confidence into the international community to the effect that the MPs of Iraq are men of honour and will uphold these contracts. I understand that these contracts maybe unclear in terms of the constitution, but the time has come for decisions to be made that will build confidence in Iraq and help its population out of poverty. The time for talk is over in my opinion, it's time to pump oil and build houses fit for humans. It is shameful that after all this time and effort there is no clear thinking from the Iraqi parliament.
