Q&A: Kirkuk Gov. Najmaldin Karim

LONDON - The oil fields in Kirkuk province could bring Gov. Najmaldin Karim additional revenues and political clout, and he's pressing BP to revive a deal that was paused after the invasion of the so-called Islamic State (IS) group in 2014 as one way to achieve that.

In a recent interview with Iraq Oil Report, Karim outlined some of the details of the offer.
