MOSUL - Shortly after the Ministry of Oil resumed pipeline supply of oil products to Ninewa province, those efforts to repair infrastructure were thwarted by a bomb attack.

The bomb disabled a 16-inch line carrying fuel from Iraq's largest refinery at Baiji to Ninewa province. The day before, Raad Rafiq, Director-General of Iraq's state Oil Products Distribution Company, said that Nineveh was receiving its full share of gasoline and other products, and additional fuel in compensation for previous shortages.
