Samir Abboud of the Ministry of Environment's office in Missan province issued a warning Monday to citizens and the state-run Missan Oil Company that flash floods have displaced many of the roughly 5 million landmines along the Iran-Iraq border, which could consequently migrate as far as 10 kilometers.
