Residents and local officials from the Kirkuk Oil Products Company are not yet describing the situation as a fuel crisis, instead attributing lines at the pumps to a gradual increase in traffic, particularly taxis, and the increasing use of the city as a waypoint between the central and southern provinces of the region.
