Taq Taq oil field resumes production
Once a crown jewel of Kurdistan's oil sector, the Taq Taq field had been entirely offline for more than two years.

ERBIL - The Taq Taq oil field in Iraqi Kurdistan has started to resume production more than two years after it went offline.
Output is currently averaging about 2,000 barrels per day (bpd), according to multiple officials at the field, who said they hope it could rise to 5,000 bpd later this year.
