BASRA - The trial of a prominent oil workers' union leader has been delayed again to June 3, when Hassan Juma's legal team plans to call for a dismissal of all charges due to lack of evidence.

Juma, the president of the Iraqi Federation of Oil Unions (IFOU), faces charges that he organized protests and strikes. If found guilty of harming Iraq's economy, he could face three years in prison.
