ExxonMobil is planning to begin operating in Iraq's disputed territories imminently, despite warnings from Baghdad that such activity could foment civil war. The company's current plans call for exploration drilling to begin in the summer of 2013, according to two officials close to the company with direct knowledge of its projects.
