Bloody Baghdad day won’t deter oil auction

Iraq’s Oil Police and Oil Ministry officials said security precautions have been weeks in planning, and are confident it can provide safe cover for a major auction of oil fields this Friday and Saturday, days after Baghdadis were shook by five bombs that killed at least 127 people and wounded at least 500.
