A seemingly coordinated trio of bombings targeted security forces and killed at least 27 people Thursday morning in Kirkuk, the center of Iraq’s northern oil sector.Among the dead were nine members of the Asayish, the Kurdish intelligence agency, and five police officers, including a top aide to Maj.
