The recent detention of two Czech police officers at the Baghdad airport will neither harm nor burden relations between Iraq and the Czech Republic, Iraqi Deputy PM Hussain Shahristani said at a lunch with his Czech counterpart Karel Schwarzenberg yesterday, the latter's spokesman told CTK.

Shahristani said he remembers Prague's positions at the time when Saddam Hussein governed Iraq, and also its subsequent help with Iraq's transformation after the fall of the dictator's regime, the spokesman, Vit Kolar, said.
