Turkish aircraft resumed passenger flights to southern neighbor Iraq after authorities in Baghdad granted a week to resolve a dispute over unpaid fees, Turkish Trade Minister Zafer Caglayan said.

The sides will meet to seek a solution to a claim by four Turkish companies that they’ve been owed $20 million by Iraq since 1990, Caglayan said in an e-mailed statement. Iraq banned Turkish flights after the companies won a Turkish court order allowing them to seize assets of Iraq Air Ways, Caglayan said.
