The presidency of Iraqi House of Representatives has set Tuesday for impeachment of Baghdad Secretary Saber Isawi on financial corruption charges.

Sherwan al-Waeli, of the State of Law Coalition (SLC, led by Prime Minister Nouri al-Maliki) told a press conference in Baghdad that the presidency has agreed to a demand to impeach Isawi on charges of extortion, wasting millions of dollars on the projects for the prospected Arab Summit in Baghdad and signing several contracts with fake Chinese companies.
