Amri: OPEC quota talks to begin
BAGHDAD – Iraq will begin discussions with OPEC members on re-entering the quota system in 2014 when oil production reaches 4.5 million barrels per day (bpd), according to Falah al-Amri, director general of the State Oil Marketing Organization (SOMO).
