Four finalists for new ITP leg

The Oil Ministry has qualified four companies to bid on a contract to build a new 40-inch pipeline that will replace a large segment of the battered Iraq-Turkey Pipeline.
The four finalists, chosen out of nine companies that submitted technical offers, are K&M Ltd, a Ukrainian company; France's Sofregaz; Italy's Saipem; and India's Dodsal, according to a senior Oil Ministry official.
