Insurgents attempt Mansuriya takeover again

The attack highlighted the militants' continuing determination to capture valuable energy infrastructure throughout northern Iraq. ISIS-led insurgents already control oil facilities through which they have earned at least $1 million per day in crude and fuel smuggling.
