Iraq offers more oil deals to IOCs

Three IOCs in bilateral negotiations as Iraq attempts to improve licensing round terms.

Total, StatoilHydro, Chevron, and a possible fourth NOC are reported to be holding bilateral negotiations on the Nahr Bin Umar oilfield with the Iraqi Oil Ministry, which is floating an attempt to further sweeten the terms offered in its licensing rounds.
