UPDATE: Iraq steps up efforts to lure refinery investors

BAGHDAD - Iraq will aim to lure private investors and provide fuel to meet increasing demand by highlighting opportunities to invest in four planned refineries throughout the country, three in the more stable south.

UPDATE: The conference, originally scheduled for May 29, will now take place June 26. According to the National Investment Commission the change is "for logistic reasons and to complete the technical information for the refineries unities in Missan and Kirkuk."
