Iraqiya against gas and oil deals

The Iraqiya political coalition, which won 91 of the new Parliament's 325 seats compared to 89 of Prime Minister Nouri al-Maliki's block, wants all Maliki-era oil and gas contracts reviewed by the next government, especially those signed after the March 7 election.
Iraqiya, led by former prime minister Ayad Allawi, has been all but counted out to lead the next http://www.iraqoilreport.com/wp-admin/post-new.phpgovernment now that Maliki has shored up support.
