Iraq’s May oil exports decrease in nod to OPEC-plus commitments
Exports fell by 87,000 bpd month-on-month as Iraq signaled its intention to adhere to production pledges and support global oil prices.

Iraq reported a significant decrease in oil exports in May as part of an effort to show compliance with its OPEC-plus production commitments.
Exports averaged 3.278 million bpd in May, which includes 117,000 bpd of condensates, according to Oil Ministry data. April exports averaged 3.365 million bpd.
