KRG: cleared by Oslo Stock Exchange

Meeting in Oslo, KRG representative said he was told by regulator that the government and minister were never a target of investigation into DNO stock sale.

BAGHDAD - The Kurdistan Regional Government’s emissary to a meeting with the Oslo Stock Exchange said the northern Iraqi region’s involvement in a sale of Norwegian oil firm DNO’s stock to Turkey’s Genel Enerji, which also has a contract in the Kurdish region, is not being probed.

"We have never been subject to an investigation. We never did anything wrong," Khaled Salih said in a phone interview from Norway following the meeting Monday.
