Lingering in the pipeline

Oil exports from northern fields doesn’t mean a deal on KRG oil contracts, even those exporting now, and a compromise is made more complex by gas deal.

With oil from two fields in the Kurdistan Regional Government (KRG) officially being sent to market in the northern Iraq export pipeline to Turkey, one could start thinking a compromise between the KRG and Baghdad has been reached.
