Nov. set for second bidding round

Iraq’s Oil Ministry spokesman said the second bidding round for oil fields offered to foreign investors will take place at the end of November.

Assem Jihad offered few details but said pre-qualified companies will be able to submit bids for 10 oil fields in four months.
