Oil Ministry productive despite politics
Deputy Minister says oil flow up, investment ongoing, critics ignorant, and politics likely to postpone a major gas deal with Shell.BAGHDAD - It’s not until the end of a 45-minute interview when Iraq’s Deputy Oil Minister Ahmed al-Shamma stops talking shop.
