Second auction still slated for December

BAGHDAD - The Iraqi Oil Ministry's contracts department confirms the bidding round is still planned for December, despite media reports it's to be postponed.

The Petroleum Contracts and Licensing Directorate, tasked with signing oil deals, issued a statement after a news story, citing anonymous sources, said the auction will be delayed til January.
