SOC chief punished
Vocal opponent of first bidding round and chief of Iraq's largest state oil company has been let go.The Iraqi Oil Minister has removed Fayadh Hassan Nima from his post as director general of the South Oil Co.
He is replaced by Dhia Jaafar.
