Iraq Oil Report can confirm an upcoming meeting on federalism and oil and gas management in Iraq, organized by the European Union and United Nations. The date cannot be confirmed as yet. Although Voices of Iraq reports the conference will be held in April and focus on the oil law, sources told IOR the draft law will not be the main topic.

Exports of Iraqi oil from Turkey's port of Ceyhan are delayed by several days due to a payment dispute between Baghdad and Turkish companies, industry sources said, Peg Mackey and Alex Lawler report for Reuters. A shipping agent at Ceyhan said two vessels were waiting to load oil at the port, one of which was a Royal Dutch Shell Plc ship. One has been waiting for four to five days and the Shell ship for two days. It should not take more than a week for loadings to resume once more crude is sent along the pipeline and builds up the amount held in storage, the agent added.
