Unannounced service cuts for Iraqna users

BAGHDAD - Officials at mobile phone carrier Iraqna, owned by Zain, said an automatic service shut down has affected millions of customers who have not registered their accounts.

The service breaks began earlier this week and restrict such accounts to only receiving calls and text messages.
