Facing tighter OPEC policy, Iraq continues output cuts

Iraq has continued to reduce its oil production as it moves closer to compliance with an OPEC agreement designed to bolster global oil prices.

The federal government and the autonomous Kurdistan Regional Government (KRG) produced a combined 4.71 million barrels per day (bpd) in October and 4.69 million bpd in November, according to an Iraq Oil Report analysis based on data collected from each of the country's producing fields.*
