The Iraqi Council of Ministers held its normal session on Tuesday, Aug. 27, 2019, headed by Prime Minister Adil Abd al-Mahdi
The Prime Minister briefed the Council on the latest political and security developments. Council members reviewed the results of the ongoing investigation into recent attacks on several weapons and ammunition caches, learned about the investigation process, and developed a strategy to deal with any possible developments. The Council developed a statement on the matter, which will be released at some other time.
