ISIS has claimed responsibility for another deadly attack on Iraq's northern energy sector, as security forces struggle to meet the challenge posed by anti-government militants.

BAQUBA - At least four Iranian technicians building a gas pipeline in Diyala province were killed in a bombing Saturday morning – the latest in a series of attacks affecting the energy sector in northern Iraq.
