Iraqi crude exports rise 4 percent in February

Bolstered by higher export volumes and rising global prices, both the Iraqi federal government and the Kurdistan region achieved one-year highs for monthly oil revenue.

Nationwide oil exports increased to 3.395 million barrels per day (bpd) in February, up from 3.266 million bpd the month before, according to an Iraq Oil Report analysis of data from Iraq's Oil Marketing Company and other industry officials. *

As global oil prices surged, Iraq benefited last month from the biggest monthly oil revenue haul since February 2020.
