Pipeline deals prepare Iraq for export boom

BAGHDAD - With the signing of two pipeline agreements with Turkey and Syria, Iraq has taken essential steps towards its goal of becoming the world’s premier oil exporter.

Inadequate infrastructure is one of the worries of foreign oil companies investing billions of dollars in the country's oil sector.
